The ABFI group is made up of companies that have different histories and backgrounds – some have been acquired, some have moved from other parts of ABF. Many of our companies have a long history and each individual company has its own culture and personality - but increasingly there are factors that are common across the group.
Our people think of themselves as being employees of their company first and ABF/ABFI second. This loyalty and sense of belonging to their company is very important – as it means our people are treated as individuals with their own unique contribution to make – and can make a real difference.
